      On the afternoon of October 31, participants of the Jiangsu-Ningxia CPA Industry High-Level Talent Joint Training Program visited our firm for study and exchange, engaging in in-depth discussions on how small and medium-sized accounting firms can expand new business areas.

      Ms. Jiang Weiqian, Chairwoman of Jiangsu Yuetong Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd., extended a warm welcome to the visiting participants. Chairwoman Jiang shared practical case studies from our firm with the participants, emphasizing that the significance of this exchange lies in stimulating innovation and collaboration within the industry through experience sharing and knowledge transfer. She pointed out that with the continuous development of the economy and changes in the market environment, small and medium-sized accounting firms must actively explore new business models to meet the demands of the new era, particularly in terms of team development, brand promotion, and comprehensive client services.

      At the exchange seminar, Dr. Xia Yanfeng, Partner of Green Development Business at Yuetong Group, delivered a special lecture on the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility (ESG) in enterprise development. Dr. Xia elaborated on the core concepts of ESG in an accessible manner and analyzed how small and medium-sized enterprises can effectively integrate green development strategies with business models to achieve sustainable growth, using practical case studies. This is not only a commitment to corporate responsibility but also a key to gaining a competitive advantage in the new market environment.

      The participants expressed that they had learned many practical strategies and ideas through this exchange, particularly benefiting greatly from understanding how to leverage ESG concepts to drive business development.
