      Jiang Weiqian, Chairwoman of Yuetong Group, Chairwoman of Wuxi Yuetong Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd., Certified Public Accountant, Certified Tax Agent, Certified Asset Appraiser, Senior Member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Member of the Legal Research Group of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Director of Jiangsu Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Vice President of Wuxi Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Outstanding Certified Public Accountant of Wuxi Institute of Certified Public Accountants, President of Wuxi Bookkeeping Agents Association. Currently serving as an independent director of a listed company, and a long-term financial, tax and customs advisor to many enterprises in Wuxi. With over 30 years of experience in the CPA industry, she has extensive experience in accounting, taxation, foreign exchange management, customs affairs and legal matters. She pioneered the development of customs audit services and was awarded the "National New Business Development Role Model" by the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 2012 for her expansion in customs business. She participated in the formulation of standards for introducing intermediary agencies into Nanjing Customs and planned and organized the China Customs Development Conference. Recently, she co-authored the book "Interpretation and Application of the Tariff Law." She has long been engaged in financial and tax treatment under new business models, focusing on researching policies and implementation for import-export enterprises and enterprises going global under the "Belt and Road" initiative. She is committed to exploring new business development for small and medium-sized accounting firms, introducing internet thinking, establishing the Yuetong Shared Service Platform, and adopting an online-offline integrated model to serve clients.

      Xia Yanfeng, General Manager of Wuxi Yuetong Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd., Senior Accountant, Certified Public Accountant, Certified Tax Agent, Member of the Xinwu District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Member of the Zhigong Party, Vice President of Xinwu District New Social Stratum Association, Vice President of Xinwu District Accounting Association. He holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry and an MBA from China Europe International Business School. His career experience includes strategic consulting, management consulting, and IPO auditing. He has participated in the IPO audits of three companies. He is currently responsible for Yuetong Group's sustainable development and innovation business, including corporate dual-carbon strategy planning, ESG internal control establishment and related disclosure, and comprehensive compliance in customs, foreign exchange, and taxation.

      Wang Ruoxi, General Manager of Yuetong Enterprise Management Group (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., General Manager of Wuxi Yuetong Technology Co., Ltd., Member of the 2nd Liangxi District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese of Zhanjiang Subdistrict, Liangxi District, Vice President and Secretary-General of the Wuxi Returned Overseas Chinese Members Liaison Association of the China Democratic National Construction Association. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with Honors from the University of Cambridge, UK. He previously worked at a top-tier strategy consulting firm and incubated new businesses for a pre-IPO medical technology company. He has a deep understanding and extensive practical experience in data-driven market research and enterprise management consulting. He is responsible for Yuetong's IT products and service innovation, including Yuetong's digital transformation products and cross-border asset allocation consulting for high-net-worth clients.

      Jiang Yiqian, Deputy General Manager of Jiangsu Yuetong Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd., General Manager of Wuxi Ritong Bilingual Consulting Services Co., Ltd. and Wuxi Ritong Human Resources Services Co., Ltd. With over ten years of experience in auditing and professional consulting, his core expertise lies in customs and transfer pricing compliance strategies and audit response, as well as precise consulting and planning for R&D expense allocation, helping enterprises effectively manage tax risks and successfully obtain policy benefits. He also has extensive practical experience in government and judicial special audits, providing clients with comprehensive and reliable professional support for complex challenges.

      Jiang Jianwei, Head of Wuxi Ritong Bilingual Consulting Services Co., Ltd. and Wuxi Ritong Human Resources Services Co., Ltd., has long served as a legal advisor and financial and tax consultant for various enterprises. With nearly 20 years of enterprise consulting experience, he is familiar with legal, tax, foreign exchange, customs, and HR policies and practices. As a senior Japanese translator, he has long been engaged in international business, cross-cultural exchange, and overseas personnel dispatch.

      Zhang Tengxiao, Chief Lawyer and Founding Partner of Jiangsu Yuetong Shangcheng Law Firm, with over ten years of legal practice experience. During his practice, he has handled numerous civil, commercial and criminal cases, possessing solid legal theory and extensive practical experience. In recent years, he has successfully handled multiple enterprise liquidation cases as project leader. His areas of expertise include corporate litigation, corporate legal counsel, and distressed asset management.

      Song Honggang, IT Business Partner, certified PMP professional. With over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, he has extensive cross-industry informatization project experience, providing comprehensive informatization solutions for clients in retail, manufacturing, microelectronics and other industries. He specializes in big data mining and analysis, and internet e-commerce operations.

      Zhao Chuncheng, Intellectual Property Partner of Yuetong Group, General Manager of Baohua Intellectual Property Group, Director of Wuxi Baoguang Intellectual Property Agency, Patent Attorney, Lawyer, Senior Engineer (Associate Researcher), President of the Intellectual Property Branch of Wuxi Brand Association, Director of the Intellectual Property Committee of Wuxi SME Association, Head of the Cross-border Enterprise Intellectual Property Early Warning and Rights Protection Service Center. With nearly 20 years of experience in the high-quality intellectual property service industry, he has extensive experience in patents and trademarks, scientific and technological research, high-tech enterprise certification, and intellectual property rights protection and early warning. He has long been engaged in intellectual property planning and innovation under the new economic environment, focusing on researching intellectual property policies and project implementation for high-quality enterprises. He has won the Second Prize of Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, holds over 30 invention patents, has published more than ten papers, and maintains a leading success rate in intellectual property project applications in the industry.
